When We Offer Refunds or Replacements

• You received the wrong product
• Your order was damaged during delivery
• You received an expired product

How to Raise a Request

• Please contact us at support@phasecor.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup right from your doorstep.

Refund & Replacement Process

• When we receive the returned product, our team will carefully check it.
• If the issue matches your request, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• If you’ve requested a replacement, we’ll ship it out as soon as the returned item is verified.

Important Notes

• For hygiene and safety reasons, products that are opened or used cannot be returned, unless they fall under the cases above.
• Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
