Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement:

How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.

Refund & Replacement Process:

    • Replacements will be shipped immediately after verification of the returned item.

Important Notes:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, except in the cases mentioned above.
